Putting your growth in question is a good beginning. In a first phase we start with the growth audit. There are no obligations for your company to go to phase 2 (implementation process) or phase 3 (consistence process).
We only work with clients that have a proven track record of their business of being minimal 3 years on the market and have achieved at least 250k of turnover in the last year. It's our experience that clients with smaller results and existence don't have to focus on growth yet, but rather on their core business.
All our clients work with us via a non-disclosure agreement. Even if the client tells us that this is not necessary, we insist on this. Why? Because it's our experience that not using an NDA in our type of service can only harm the growth of our clients and this is agains the incentives that we want to achieve.
